노량진에서 4년째 경찰공무원시험에 매달리는 춘기. 이번 시험에서도 떨어질 위기에 처한 춘기는 우연히 목격한 교통사고 현장에서, 가산점을 받기 위해 사건을 조작하려 한다. Chun-gi has been studying for the police exam in Noryangjin for four years. Facing another failure, he witnesses a traffic accident and tries to manipulate the scene to earn bonus points.
